The paddy is selected under careful test and selection process. We only choose qualified paddy which in its contents and healthy grain that can pass raw material testing stage.  Furthermore, LEH-SMR gets paddy collection from professional and skilled intermediary from local farmers. Plus, we also have contract farming to produce qualified paddy for us, so that we can maintain consistent quality our final products. The selection of paddy sources under careful study and test, so that final products are very rich and nutritious in its content. Moreover, we have the moisture control technology to measure moisture of paddy for long-term stock and fully supplies annually.
